In 1995 aerial photography of Daugavpils city and district was carried out in cooperation with the Danish Ministry of Agriculture, aerial photography is done by the company “Kampsax-Geoplan”, while the production of orthophoto maps by the State Land Service (SLS)
1997-1999 aerial photography processing and orthophoto production was done in Latvia, SLS
Aerial photography was done with analog cameras, producing black and white aerial M1: 30,000
Made black and white orthophoto maps with a resolution of 1 meter
One digital standard orthophoto map page has a file size of 25 MB
IKONOSS satellite images for 2000-2001 were purchased for the Eastern border of Latvia
